How we use information

• Calculate estimated calorie and protein targets and create your personalized plan.
• Create and verify payment orders, unlock your plan and provide the PDF download.
• Maintain payment and coupon-redemption records, provide support, prevent misuse and improve the service.

Payments

Payments are processed by Cashfree. WorkFit Planner does not collect or store your complete card number, CVV, UPI PIN, OTP or banking password. Cashfree may process payment and device information under its own privacy practices.

Google AdSense and advertising cookies

WorkFit Planner uses Google AdSense. After advertising is approved and enabled, Google and its partners may use cookies, device identifiers or similar technologies to serve, personalize and measure ads, prevent fraud and produce reports. Ads may be based on your visit to this and other websites, subject to your location, consent choices and Google settings.

Browser storage and cookies

The calorie tracker and certain preferences may be saved in your browser’s local storage so they remain available on the same device. Information may be processed by service providers needed to operate the website, including website hosting, Cashfree for payments, Google Sheets for payment records, Google AdSense for advertising and Google services used for linked resources. We do not sell your personal contact details. We may disclose information when legally required or necessary to protect users, the service or our rights.

Data retention and security

We keep personal and transaction information only for as long as reasonably needed for delivery, support, accounting, fraud prevention and legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online system can guarantee complete security.

WorkFit Planner is intended for adults aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly offer paid personalized plans to children.
